Exchange Back Order

You can at any time modify the domain name that you wish to Back Order from your Control Panel, free of charge. However, there can be ONLY 3 modifications to this order. Follow the below mentioned process to Exchange your Back Order:

1. Login into your Customer Control Panel

2. Click on the Back Order that you want to Exchange, by clicking upon List All or Search, under the Orders tab

3. Click on the Exchange button

4. Enter the new domain name that you wish to Back Order, in place of, your current choice, and hit Submit.
