Modifying Contact Details

You can modify the Contact Details of any Back-Ordered domain name from your Control Panel by following the below mentioned process:

  1. Login into your Customer Control Panel

  2. Click on the Back Order by clicking upon List All or Search, under the Orders tab

  3. Click on the Modify Contact Details button

  4. Select the Registrant, Administrative, Technical, Billing Contact from the list of Available Contacts and click on the Modify Contact Details button.

    You can Add a New Contact by clicking on Products -> Domain Name Registration -> Manage Contact -> Add Contact.

However, any modification to the Contact Details will reflect across all Back-Orders that you have ordered.
