Customer Control Panel Guide >> Back Ordering Domain Names & their Management

Adding a Back Order

You can Order a domain name, that is currently UNAVAILABLE and registered by another Registrant from your Control Panel. Using the Back Order tool, you can get your desired domain name watched every second of the day, so that we can grab it for you the moment it is available. The moment your domain name is available, we will use the services of our entire Partner Network to register your desired domain name. As a result, it is possible that your registration will be fulfilled by a Registrar other than us.

Points to Ponder

  • The Back-Order service fee is due at the time of order: Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing an order.

  • Exchange Policy: Though we don't offer refunds, you may change your target name at any time, free of charge.

  • Verify that the domain name is expiring within the next one year. If it is NOT expiring within the next one year, it would be futile to backorder it, now.

  • Domain names typically Delete, within 35-80 days after Expiration, unless they are Renewed by their current Registrant. Depending on the Registrar the domain name is currently registered with, this process may take longer.
