Domain Name Deletion

You can Delete domain names from your Customer Control Panel [CCP] at any time. However, upon deletion there is NO Refund for the price of the domain name, since this domain name has already been registered for you, at the respective Registry.

The domain name that you Delete, will be deleted from the Registry after 5 days of deleting the same, from the Customer Control Panel.

Process of Deletion

1. Logon to your Customer Control Panel [CCP]

2. Click on the particular Order that you wish to delete

3. Click on the "Delete Order" button in the toolbar and continue the process

4. A mail is sent to your Customer Username [e-mail address] with a Request For Approval [RFA], which needs to be confirmed, post which the domain name is deleted

5. The Deletion Date of the domain name will be the date when you confirm the deletion, by following the steps in the e-mail sent to you.
